Landlord Gas Safety Checks

IAll landlords are obliged to provide tenants with safe and well maintained gas appliances. This needs to be proven legally with a new Landlords Gas Safety Inspection Certificate CP12 every 12 months.

Our engineers are Gas Safety Registered and are up to date with the latest safety regulations. They are able to conduct safety inspections to ensure that all gas appliances and installations are working within acceptable parameters at the time of inspection and who can, consequently, provide this safety inspection certificate.

Home Owner Safety Check

It is recommended that home owners complete a gas safety check annually to ensure safe operation of the gas installation.

We will complete this for a fixed price of £75.
Add a boiler service at the same time for £35.

We are Gas Safe registered

PlumbJax take safety seriously and are on the Gas Safe Register.

Gas Safe Register is the official gas safety organisation in Great Britain.

It replaced CORGI on 1st April 2009. Gas Safe Register is responsible for the registration and regulation of gas engineers. Membership is mandatory for any company or engineer working with gas appliances.

Gas Leaks & Pipework

If you can already smell gas and/or think there could be a leak, you should immediately phone the National Gas Emergency Service number on 0800 111 999 at any time of the day or night.

Cooker & Hob Installation

Let us install you new gas hob or cooker for a fixed price of £100 which includes materials to connect to your existing gas supply within 1m of he new appliance location.

We will perform both electrical and gas safety checks. We will also disconnect your old appliance and recycle it free of charge. Ask us for a quotation if the appliance needs to be moved or there is no gas supply in place.
