Both plans cover labour. Parts and materials are charged at the time of the repair. Exclusions apply – see below.
What’s not includedShow exclusions
Labour only covers parts that are accessible – removing kitchen or vanity units to reach them isn’t included
Work that means removing tiles, such as concealed shower valves, is quoted separately
External drainage, mains drainage, mains water pipes, gutters, rainwater, soakaways and drain blockages
Heat pumps and solar energy systems
Replacing or upgrading boilers, hot water cylinders, cold water and feed-and-expansion tanks, appliances, water softeners and conditioners, shower hoses and heads, garden hoses, irrigation systems, the main supply pipe from the water meter, and warm air units
Upgrades of any kind – for example swapping working radiators for nicer-looking ones
Consequential damage from an escape of water or failed system components
Trace and access work – please make sure this is covered by your home insurance
