For our most common jobs we give you a fixed price with the visit included, so there’s no call-out charge. When we need to find the fault first, a diagnostic visit is £78 inc VAT – and it comes off your bill if you go ahead with the repair on the day. BoilerJax plan members pay no call-out or diagnostic charges.

No – there is no ban on replacing a gas boiler in an existing home, and no phase-out date in law. New-build homes in England will need low-carbon heating from March 2027. Read our full guide.

We’re qualified and trained to install most boiler brands in the UK, and we service any make of domestic gas boiler.

Yes – our BoilerJax plans start from £12.50 a month and include your annual service, no call-out or diagnostic charges and labour to fix your boiler. See BoilerJax plans.

£144 inc VAT. It covers your boiler, hob or cooker and gas fire, and we test your CO and smoke alarms too. Add a boiler service on the same visit for £54 – £198 for both. You get a digital certificate on the day and a reminder when the next one is due. More about gas safety checks.

Yes. We supply and fit one for £65 inc VAT on any visit, or £168 inc VAT as a visit on its own. Carbon monoxide alarms.

No – we work Monday to Friday, 7am–6pm, and offer same-day repairs where we can. For a gas emergency, call 0800 111 999. Emergency plumbing repairs.

£576 inc VAT (£480 + VAT) for 3 to 4 hours on site, including pressure testing, inspections and lifting floorboards. If we need tracer gas, it’s £2,080 inc VAT for the full day. We’ll always do our best, but we can’t guarantee to find every leak. Damp and leak detection.

Yes. As well as fixing the leak and the reinstatement work, our claim concierge service through MyPropertyClaim can manage your claim for you – usually at no extra fee to you.

We clear blocked drains and wastes inside your home. The first hour on site is £162 inc VAT. Outside and main drains are better handled by specialist drainage contractors. Drain blockages.
