We specialise in blockages inside your home – the wastes, traps and pipework under your sinks, baths and showers. We clear them, and replace pipework that’s blocked or damaged.

If just one fixture is affected, the blockage is usually in the pipework inside your home.
A bath, shower or basin that’s slow to drain
Water bubbling or backing up into the sink when the dishwasher or washing machine empties

We carry drain rods and will try to clear outside blockages. If rodding doesn’t shift it, we’ll refer you to a specialist drainage contractor with the camera and jetting equipment for the job.

What happens when we visit

Tell us what’s happening
WhatsApp a short video of the slow drain or bubbling sink – it helps us bring the right kit.

We check your internal drains
We inspect the wastes, traps and pipework to find where the blockage is.

Clear it or replace it
We clear the blockage, or replace sections of pipe that are blocked up or damaged.

Outside drains: rod, or refer
If the problem is outside, we’ll try rodding. If that doesn’t clear it, we’ll refer you to a drainage specialist.
UPFRONT ABOUT COST
You only pay for our time – and we’ll be honest about what we can fix
Our time on site is charged, including when an outside blockage turns out to need a specialist drainage contractor. We’ll explain the charges before we start, so there are no surprises.
£162inc VAT (£135 + VAT)
minimum charge, includes the first hour on site
After the first hour: £126 inc VAT (£105 + VAT) per hour, or a fixed quote for the rest of the job – always agreed with you before we carry on.
